
Greubel Forsey currently employs about 130 workers at its workshop in La Chaux-de-Fonds, where it produces watches with ultra-high-end finishing and haute horology complications. The brand received public notice recently when Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg was spotted wearing Greubel Forsey timepieces, including the Hand Made 1, which sells for more than $900,000 at retail.
Greubel Forsey rose to prominence in the 2000s and 2010s, known for boundary-pushing, innovative complications, such as the double tourbillon it launched in 2004, as well as for its attention to detail and finishing. The company has won a total of seven Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) awards, most recently in 2025, for its Nano Foudroyante model, which won the Mechanical Exception category.
