Isabel Coss is known for mind-bendingly delicious pastries and her unique vision of the good life at two buzzy spots: Georgetown’s French-leaning Lutèce and Pascual, Coss’ newer restaurant across town, inspired by her hometown of Mexico City. Coss got her start working at Mexico City’s renowned Pujol, and she infuses her heritage into dishes both savory and sweet. Both Pascual and Lutèce are part of the Popal Group, where Coss works in partnership with her husband, chef Matt Conroy.
