When Sara Kramer met Sarah Hymanson in 2013, she had worked her way up through renowned kitchens like Blue Hill at Stone Barns and Marlow & Sons. They connected at Glasserie, a Mediterranean restaurant in Brooklyn, and before long, a shared vision of colorful, veggie-forward cooking brought them to sunny Los Angeles. There, the Kismet empire began, including a Middle Eastern(ish) restaurant in Los Feliz and multiple locations of their fast-casual venture, Kismet Rotisserie.
