Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, the city’s only Forbes 5-star hotel, announces the appointment of Marlon Rojas as its new Hotel Manager. A celebrated leader with over a decade of experience with Four Seasons, Rojas has built a distinguished career across several of the brand’s most iconic destinations, including Costa Rica, Mexico City, Scottsdale, and Fort Lauderdale.

Most recently, Rojas joins the leadership team in Washington, DC, from Four Seasons Hotel Fort Lauderdale, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage as part of the opening team since 2021. In early 2024, he transitioned to Washington, DC, where he quickly made an impact on the Hotel’s performance and culture.

Rojas began his Four Seasons career 11 years ago in Costa Rica, serving as Director of Banquets. He later moved into the area of people and culture as Director of Quality Assurance, Learning and Development, where he sharpened his coaching and performance management skills. However, his passion for operations led him back to Food and Beverage, where he has since held senior leadership positions across multiple properties and contributed to task force assignments at several openings including São Paulo and Napa Valley.

Outside of the hotel, Rojas is a devoted dog dad to two French Bulldogs, Cinnamon and Angus, and a self-proclaimed Swiftie. A passionate food and beverage enthusiast, he is the team’s go-to source for discovering the best dining and cultural experiences across the DMV.
