TFE Hotels has announced the appointment of Nicole Richards as General Manager of Adina Adelaide Treasury, reinforcing the group’s operational leadership as it continues to grow its portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Richards will commence in mid-June 2026.
Richards joins TFE Hotels from Mount Lofty House & Estate in South Australia, where she most recently served as General Manager. During her tenure, the property achieved strong industry recognition, including AHA SA Overall Hotel of the Year for three consecutive years, was named Tripadvisor’s #1 Luxury Hotel in Australia and the South Pacific in 2025, and maintained an impressive 97% guest satisfaction rating. Her career at Mount Lofty House & Estate reflects consistent progression through senior roles, including Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms Division Manager, and Revenue and Reservations Manager. Earlier in her career, Richards also held revenue and commercial roles in both Adelaide and Alice Springs.
Holding a Bachelor of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Management, Nicole brings a balanced mix of commercial capability, operational expertise, and a clear commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
Nicole Richards is an alumnus of Pacific International Hotel Management School (PIHMS) – Class of 2011.
