Pan Pacific Perth has appointed Karen Priest as Director of Commercial, bringing more than 25 years of leadership across hotels, tourism boards and destination marketing in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the UK.
A former Tourism Commissioner for Western Australia, Karen has held senior roles with leading hotel groups and tourism organisations, delivering strong growth across leisure, corporate, MICE and high-yield markets. She is highly regarded for shaping effective commercial strategies, building industry partnerships and mentoring future leaders, with recognition including the AHA WA Executive Level Manager Award.

Karen’s appointment comes after the completion of the hotel’s highly anticipated renovation earlier this year which saw the transformation of its 488 guest rooms and suites, lobby, Pan Pacific Club Lounge and the hotel’s expansive meeting and event spaces.
