Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau has named Tito Fritz as its new Guest Experience Manager, expanding the Nassau native’s leadership role at the downtown Bahamas resort.
In the position, Fritz will oversee the resort’s activities program, live entertainment and the Parakeets Kids Club, with a focus on enhancing the guest experience through personalized service and family-friendly programming.
The appointment builds on Fritz’s career in Bahamian hospitality, which began in Nassau and has included leadership roles at several of the country’s best-known resorts.
“Tito’s passion for people, strong hospitality background and dedication to exceptional service make him a natural fit for this role and our resort culture,” said Shirlen Godet, Marketing Manager at Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau.
A Career Built in Bahamian Hospitality
A Nassau native, Fritz discovered his interest in hospitality through an internship at Atlantis Paradise Island before earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bethune-Cookman University.
After returning to The Bahamas, he built his career across multiple resort departments, beginning as a bellman before moving into leadership positions that emphasized guest service and operations.
His experience includes roles with several leading Bahamian hospitality brands, giving him operational knowledge across a range of guest-facing departments.
Most recently, Fritz was recognized as Manager of the Year at Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau. Earlier in his career, he also earned Manager of the Quarter and Employee of the Quarter honors while at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar.
Leading the Guest Experience
As Guest Experience Manager, Fritz will work across departments to help coordinate activities, entertainment and personalized touches throughout each guest’s stay.
His responsibilities include overseeing programming for families, supporting special celebrations and helping deliver experiences designed to reflect the character of The Bahamas.
“My goal is simple: to create memorable experiences that leave guests feeling valued and excited to return,” Fritz said. “Whether it’s celebrating a special occasion, connecting families through shared experiences or adding a personal touch that makes someone feel recognized, hospitality is about creating meaningful moments that guests will remember long after they leave.”
