Mews, the operating system for hospitality, has been selected as a preferred property management system (PMS) partner for Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), expanding its existing collaboration beyond Europe into additional regions including the Americas and APAC.
SLH is a collection of more than 700 independently owned luxury boutique hotels across 90+ countries, each operating independently while contributing to the wider SLH portfolio. Since 2023, Mews has been the preferred PMS partner for SLH in Europe, giving member hotels access to preferential pricing and tools to support personalized guest experiences and streamlined operations.
More than 50 SLH properties are already live on Mews, with adoption accelerating significantly over the past six months. One early adopter, Opus XVI in Norway, has seen a 67% RevPAR increase and a 34% rise in ADR within one year.gseli@lodgingmagazine.com
“We are pleased to continue our partnership with Mews and extend it further,” said Richard Hyde, Chief Operating Officer, Small Luxury Hotels of the World. “Mews has supported our European hotels, and this expansion allows more of our members to access a modern and flexible platform to support their operational needs across regions, while maintaining the individuality of each SLH property.”
Matt Welle, CEO of Mews, commented: “We’re proud to deepen our partnership with SLH on a global level. Independent luxury hotels are at the heart of hospitality, and our mission is to empower them with the technology that lets them focus on what matters most: creating unforgettable guest experiences. This global expansion reinforces our commitment to supporting SLH members wherever they operate.”
This global partnership underscores Mews’ commitment to supporting independent luxury hotels with technology that scales internationally while maintaining the individuality and character that define the SLH brand.
