Duc Cao has been appointed as Food & Beverage Manager at Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a strong track record in luxury hospitality and food & beverage operations.

With years of experience across internationally branded hotels and resorts, Duc has established himself as a passionate and results-driven hospitality professional. Prior to joining Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, he served as Food & Beverage Manager at Novotel Danang Premier Han River, where he played a key role in enhancing operational performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.

Before that, Duc held the position of Restaurant & Bar Manager at Premier Village Danang Resort, where he contributed significantly to the resort’s dining concepts and service excellence standards. His extensive operational knowledge, leadership capability, and guest-focused approach have earned him strong recognition within the hospitality industry.

A graduate from Sydney, Duc combines international education with practical operational expertise, positioning him well to lead the food & beverage division at Danang Marriott Resort & Spa.

In his new role, Duc will oversee all food and beverage operations, focusing on elevating guest dining experiences, driving commercial performance, and developing high-performing teams across the resort’s culinary and service outlets.
