Introducing: Tudor Revives The Monarch With A New Faceted Case And Bracelet

The new Monarch is 39mm in diameter and 11.9mm thick with a 46.2mm lug-to-lug measurement that suggests a very wearable design for a wide range of wrist sizes. The case is a bold take on the faceted angles of the classic integrated sports watch. The Monarch leans in here with dramatic, sharp, angled cuts to the case sides.

The dial is champagne colored in a hue and texture that Tudor says is meant to evoke papyrus. The applied hour markers are a melange of Roman and Arabic numerals, often called a ‘California’ dial, that aids in time telling. A small seconds is running at 6 o’clock. The hour and minute hands give a nod to Tudor’s signature snowflake handset feature on both hands.
