Introducing: MB&F’s Sequential Flyback, Now In A Sport ‘EVO’ Style

Later, the movement’s inventor, Stephen McDonnell, realized he could actually turn the movement into a flyback, with an instant reset of the chronograph function, and the brand released a more classic LM Sequential Flyback. While no MB&F is a dress watch, it lacked the same water resistance as the EVO watches and featured white-lacquered dials (plus a different case shape). Now, the two ideas are unified, with the first LM Sequential Flyback EVO.

The measurements remain the same as the non-EVO version (44mm by 18.2mm) but in a grade 5 titanium case with sportier accents, with a white rubber strap and deployant buckle, 80m of water resistance, and a built-in shock absorber in the case. The full specifications are below, but there are two aesthetic tweaks to note. First, the dial is in a really stunning aquamarine that contrasts against the black subdials. The time-telling subdial at 6 o’clock is now also tilted upward, making it more visible when your arm is at a more natural resting angle.
