Accor, the largest hotel operator in the Pacific, has recognised the achievements of its hotels and teams across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific at its 2026 Accor Pacific Awards, celebrating exceptional performance, innovation and service across the region.

Presented annually, the Accor Pacific Awards honour hotels and teams that exemplify Accor’s commitment to operational excellence, responsible hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. The awards recognise the individuals and properties that are setting new benchmarks across the Group’s network, which comprises more than 400 hotels across the region.

Across ten categories, hotels and teams were acknowledged for their achievements in areas ranging from guest service and team engagement to sustainability leadership, food and beverage innovation, and social care and impact.
