White sand, a protected turquoise bay and the quiet rhythm of an adults-only resort set the scene on Antigua’s northeast coast. In May, it will also include champagne flutes, tasting spoons and a lineup of dishes built around one of the world’s most indulgent ingredients.
Hammock Cove Antigua, the adults-only all-inclusive resort from Elite Island Resorts, is launching the first Golden Goat Caviar Pop-Up Weekend, a four-day culinary event running May 7 through May 10, 2026.
The event marks the Antigua debut of Golden Goat Caviar, a luxury caviar brand known for exclusive tasting experiences and high-profile culinary collaborations. The partnership arrives during Antigua and Barbuda Culinary Month, the island’s annual celebration of food, chefs and destination dining.
Guests staying at Hammock Cove during the weekend will encounter caviar throughout the resort’s restaurants, special tasting events and beach gatherings, with menus created in collaboration between the Golden Goat team and the resort’s culinary leadership.
Golden Goat Caviar Makes Its Antigua Debut
Golden Goat Caviar built its reputation through invite-only tastings and collaborations with chefs and luxury events. The brand has become known for playful interpretations of luxury food culture, from high-profile weddings to headline-grabbing creations like a $100 caviar hot dog at the Miami Open.
The Antigua pop-up marks the brand’s first island-based culinary event in the Caribbean.
According to Kari Tarnowski, Chief Commercial Officer of Elite Island Resorts, the partnership fits the resort’s approach to culinary programming during Antigua’s food-focused month.
Golden Goat Caviar, she said, brings a playful sense of indulgence to the experience while still highlighting the craftsmanship behind premium caviar.
A Culinary Collaboration With Chef Marco Festini Cromer
The culinary program will be developed alongside Chef Marco Festini Cromer, the Michelin-trained executive chef who leads Hammock Cove’s kitchen.
For the pop-up weekend, Cromer and the Golden Goat team will create a series of menus that integrate caviar into both classic and inventive dishes.
Expect everything from refined tasting menus to relaxed beach gatherings where caviar meets elevated comfort food.
The concept focuses on showing the versatility of the ingredient: delicate spoonfuls paired with champagne, breakfast presentations, and dishes that place caviar into unexpected settings.
Dining Events Across the Resort
The pop-up will unfold across several of Hammock Cove’s dining venues, each with its own format.
At Irina’s Bistro, guests will find caviar woven through multiple dishes and beverage pairings as part of a dedicated pop-up menu during the weekend.
One of the signature events will take place at Lighthouse Restaurant, the resort’s fine-dining venue, where chefs will serve a seven-course tasting menu with caviar incorporated into every course.
The event lineup also includes the inaugural “Bumps on the Beach” Champagne and Caviar experience, an oceanfront tasting designed around champagne pairings and traditional caviar service.
Another gathering will shift the tone toward playful indulgence: a Billionaire Burger Box and Hot Dog Beach Party, where casual beach food gets a luxury twist with caviar toppings and island-style music.
Breakfast also joins the lineup with a Golden Goat Bagel experience, pairing fresh bagels with caviar for a morning tasting.
Together, the events transform the resort into a temporary caviar-focused culinary destination during the four-day celebration.
A Small, Luxury All-Inclusive Setting
Part of the appeal of the event is the setting itself.
Hammock Cove Antigua is one of the Caribbean’s most intimate luxury all-inclusive resorts, designed exclusively for adults. The property contains just 42 private villas, accommodating about 102 guests at full occupancy.
Each villa includes a plunge pool, terrace and views of the sheltered bay along Antigua’s northeast coast.
The resort’s centerpiece is a three-tier infinity pool facing the water, with a boardwalk leading toward the beach along the calm curve of the cove.
The property’s limited guest count allows the culinary events to feel personal, with smaller dining settings and close interaction with chefs and visiting culinary partners.
Antigua’s Culinary Month Continues to Grow
The event is also part of the growing momentum behind Antigua and Barbuda Culinary Month, a destination-wide initiative that has become a major driver of travel to the island each spring.
Throughout May, hotels, restaurants and visiting chefs host tasting dinners, collaborations and food festivals that highlight both local ingredients and international culinary talent.
The Golden Goat weekend adds another layer to the program: a high-end culinary experience inside one of the island’s newest luxury resorts.
A Weekend Designed Around Indulgence
Keith Glickman, Managing Partner of Golden Goat Caviar, says the brand is focused on turning caviar into memorable culinary experiences rather than traditional formal tastings.
Hammock Cove’s waterfront setting, he said, provides the ideal backdrop for bringing that approach to the Caribbean.
The goal is to combine luxury ingredients with a relaxed island atmosphere — champagne, sea views and tasting menus spread across the resort.
Planning the Trip
The Golden Goat Caviar Pop-Up Weekend at Hammock Cove Antigua takes place May 7 through May 10, 2026.
Because the resort has a limited number of villas, availability during the event weekend is expected to be tight.
Guests staying at the resort during the four-day program will have access to the pop-up dining experiences and culinary events as part of the curated celebration tied to Antigua’s annual Culinary Month.
