Noelle, the storied lifestyle hotel in the heart of downtown, announces the appointment of Geoff Young as Managing Director. A seasoned hospitality leader with a proven track record across luxury and lifestyle properties, Young brings a dynamic leadership style and a deep understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, and team culture.
Housed in the historic 1930s Noel Place building, Noelle blends art, culture, and hospitality to create a uniquely local gust experience. The 224-room hotel is known for its thoughtfully designed spaces, rotating art program, dining experiences, luxury retail experience, and lively rooftop bar, making it a favorite gathering place for both travelers and Nashvillians alike.

In his new role, Young will oversee all hotel operations, with a focus on further strengthening Noelle’s reputation as one of the city’s most distinctive lifestyle hotels. He joins the property after most recently serving as Managing Director at The Sanderling Resort in the Outer Banks, NC. Young spent over a decade with Benchmark, a global hospitality company, where he held managing director roles at several properties including Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa in California and Snow King Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President and Managing Director with Noble House Hotels & Resorts at Riviera Palm Springs and previously held a General Manager role with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Known for his collaborative leadership approach and commitment to fostering a strong team culture, Young looks forward to working closely with the Noelle team to continue elevating the overall guest experience. Outside of work, he enjoys 70s rock music and is a fan of Mexican cuisine. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and spending time by the ocean and is a proud supporter of his son’s motocross pursuits.
