Kirk Pederson named Chief Operating Officer (COO) at PM Hotel Group

Joseph Bojanowski, president of PM Hotel Group, said Pederson brings a combination of institutional ownership experience and operational leadership. As the company continues to grow, Bojanowski said Pederson’s understanding of both capital expectations and day-to-day performance will help maintain the discipline and accountability owners expect.

Pederson most recently served as president of Sightline Hospitality. During his tenure, the company expanded its management platform and strengthened owner relationships, leading to its merger with PM Hotel Group in 2024. The merger brought together two organizations focused on disciplined operations and long-term partnership.

Before joining Sightline Hospitality, Pederson held senior acquisitions and asset management roles with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, Prime Property Fund and other institutional investment vehicles. He has directly overseen more than $5 billion in hotel and resort assets across the U.S. and Mexico. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade in development and asset management roles with American General Hospitality, MeriStar Hospitality Corp. and Interstate Hotels & Resorts.
