You land in Saint Lucia and check in near Rodney Bay. The Caribbean is a short walk away. A catamaran cuts across the horizon. Later, you’re ordering grilled fish for lunch at one property, having dinner at another, and planning the next day around a floating water park anchored just offshore. You’re not pulling out your wallet. You’re not signing chits after every cocktail. You’re moving between multiple resorts, a marina, a beach club, and a lineup of restaurants in the heart of the island’s most entertaining village — all under one all-inclusive plan.
That’s the concept behind Bay Gardens Resorts’ all-inclusive vacation option, a program that stretches beyond a single hotel footprint and turns Rodney Bay into your base — whether you’re in a beachfront suite or a private villa.
One Plan, Multiple Properties, Total Flexibility
Bay Gardens Resorts operates Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa, Bay Gardens Hotel, Bay Gardens Inn, Bay Gardens Marina Haven, and the Water’s Edge Villas along the Rodney Bay Marina. When you book the all-inclusive package directly, you’re not confined to one dining room or one bar.
Breakfast takes place at your home property. After that, lunch and dinner are included at any of the four Bay Gardens Resorts hotels. House brand drinks are included across all four properties, too.
If you’re staying in one of the Water’s Edge Villas, you get something different: the privacy of a multi-bedroom waterfront residence combined with full access to the all-inclusive benefits at the Bay Gardens resorts. You can spend the morning on your villa’s private terrace overlooking the marina, then head to the beach for the afternoon, with food, drinks, water sports, and spa time already covered.
It’s a hybrid model: villa independence with resort inclusions.
Splash Island and Water Sports Are Part of the Stay
Just offshore from Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa on Reduit Beach, a bright inflatable obstacle course floats on the Caribbean Sea. This is Splash Island Water Park, and unlimited passes are included with your all-inclusive stay.
You climb, slide, balance, and jump across floating platforms. Families rotate in and out throughout the day. You don’t pay per session. You return as often as you want.
Unlimited non-motorized water sports per room category per stay are also included. Kayaks and paddleboards are available along the beach, adding another built-in activity without extra charges stacking up.
Even if you’re based at Water’s Edge Villas, these inclusions apply — you simply head over to the beach resort and take advantage of them.
A Complimentary Spa Treatment at La Mer Spa
Book direct and your stay includes a complimentary treatment at La Mer Spa at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa.
The structure is clear. Stay 3 nights and each guest receives 1 spa treatment. Stay 7 nights and that increases to 2 treatments per person. Extend to 14 nights and you receive 4 treatments per person. A couples massage counts as 2 treatments.
If you’re in a villa, that spa appointment adds a resort layer to your stay — you step out from your private setting and into a full-service spa environment without an added bill.
The Dine Around Program Extends Into Rodney Bay Village
Stay a minimum of 7 nights and you gain access to the Dine Around Program.
That benefit allows you to dine for dinner at a selection of 6 participating restaurants in Rodney Bay Village for 2 nights of your stay. These are independent venues outside the Bay Gardens properties, integrated into the island’s most active dining district.
You walk out into the village. You sit down in a different restaurant setting. You order from a curated menu as part of your plan. Then you return to your room — or your villa — without a separate dinner charge.
The Dine Around Program is available only with direct bookings and does not include the “Two Kids Eat Free” benefit. Additional charges apply for children dining out under this program, and certain premium items may carry supplements. Still, it expands your all-inclusive footprint beyond resort grounds.
Family-Friendly Details That Change the Math
Under the plan, two children ages 4 to 12 eat free with a paying adult, dining from the Kids Menu and on the same meal plan basis as their parents. Children 13 and older are charged as adults. The kids-eat-free offer does not apply to the Dine Around Program.
For families staying in suites or multi-bedroom Water’s Edge Villas, that inclusion can significantly lower the overall food cost of a Caribbean vacation. Add in Splash Island and the beach, and you have built-in entertainment without daily add-ons.
What the Water’s Edge Villas Add
The Water’s Edge Villas line the Rodney Bay Marina, offering multi-bedroom layouts with full kitchens, private pools, and direct waterfront views. Yachts move in and out of the harbor. You have living space, dining space, and the ability to cook if you choose — though you don’t have to, thanks to the all-inclusive dining across the Bay Gardens properties.
For groups or extended families, the villas offer privacy and room to spread out while still connecting to the larger resort network. You can start the day with coffee on your terrace, head to the beach for water sports, schedule a spa treatment, then return to your villa for the evening.
It’s a residential-style stay layered with resort privileges.
Direct Booking Unlocks the Full Experience
The all-inclusive inclusions — spa treatments, Splash Island passes, Dine Around access — apply to direct bookings only. Guests reserving through travel agents or tour operators should confirm their specific inclusions.
Rates are based on 2 adults sharing a room and are subject to 10 percent VAT and 10 percent service charge. Supplements may apply to certain high-end food items and premium drinks at Bay Gardens Hotel, Bay Gardens Inn, and Bay Gardens Marina Haven.
If you want the complete version of the program, booking direct is essential.
What’s Coming Next: Sapphire Sands Villas on Reduit Beach
Bay Gardens Resorts is expanding again with the upcoming Sapphire Sands Villas, a new beachfront collection on Reduit Beach scheduled to open soon.
The project will introduce a limited number of one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas directly on the sand, each with full kitchens, generous living areas, private balconies, and select plunge pools. Guests will have access to dedicated amenities while remaining connected to the wider Bay Gardens network, including Splash Island and the resort dining portfolio.
Sapphire Sands extends the brand’s villa-forward strategy — pairing privacy and residential-style layouts with shared resort privileges in Rodney Bay — along with a new spa we’re really excited about.
Why This Model Stands Out in Saint Lucia
Many all-inclusive resorts centralize everything behind a single set of gates. Bay Gardens Resorts spreads the experience across Rodney Bay.
You can shift between properties. You can base yourself in a beachfront suite or a private marina villa. You can add village restaurants into your dinner rotation. You can spend the afternoon on a floating water park, paddle along the shoreline, or book a spa treatment already built into your stay.
You check in once. After that, you move. But what we love the most at these resorts is that they’re locally owned, family owned and authentic.
And whether you choose a hotel room or a Water’s Edge Villa, the island — and the inclusions — follow you.
Prices for the All-Inclusive Plan
Prices at Bay Gardens Beach Resort, the company’s signature place to stay, start at around $612 per night in March for the all-inclusive plan, excluding taxes and fees, based on my research.
