Nawaf’s hospitality journey began in Jordan as a Restaurant Supervisor at Kempinski Dead Sea before relocating to Abu Dhabi in 2009. His career progression includes notable positions at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara, Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara, and Fairmont Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road, where he refined his expertise in operations and team development.
