Class of 2010
Jason Stratton was barely 30 when he took over the kitchen at Spinasse, one of Seattle’s most treasured Italian restaurants. After spending six years cementing the restaurant’s reputation for ethereal pasta and stunning Piedmontese cuisine, he shifted to Mediterranean cooking at Mamnoon and MBar. Stratton returned to his Italian roots in 2021 to open Mezzanotte, and now, he’s blending all of his many culinary influences with the seasonal flavors of the Pacific Northwest at Alder & Ash.
