Lucija’s career spans senior commercial and leadership roles in both the hotel and FMCG industries. Prior to joining Lošinj Hotels & Villas, she served as Sales and Marketing Director at prominent hospitality companies in the region, overseeing multiple properties and delivering impressive revenue growth. She is recognised for her ability to build and restructure high-performing teams, as well as implement standardised procedures that enhance guest satisfaction and business performance.
