Norwegian Cruise Line Is Launching a New Cross-Brand Loyalty Program


Frequent cruisers will soon have more ways to enjoy their hard-earned perks. Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has unveiled a new Loyalty Status Honoring Program, allowing guests to have their loyalty status recognized across all three of its cruise brands — Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

The program begins with sailings departing Oct. 15, 2025, and applies to members of Latitudes Rewards, Oceania Club and the Seven Seas Society. For the first time, travelers can have their loyalty tier honored at the closest corresponding level across the company’s full portfolio, on a per-cruise basis. With thirty-four ships sailing to more than seven hundred destinations, the move opens up new ways for travelers to explore the world without leaving their loyalty behind.

Perks That Travel With You

For many cruisers, loyalty programs shape the way they choose itineraries. A devoted Norwegian Cruise Line guest can now sample Oceania Cruises’ culinary voyages while retaining their recognition perks, while a Regent Seven Seas regular can try Norwegian’s itineraries without starting from scratch. It’s a simple change with significant impact, encouraging travelers to discover new experiences across the company’s brands while continuing to enjoy the benefits they’ve earned.

Harry Sommer, president and chief executive officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, said the goal is to make guests feel rewarded no matter which brand they sail with. “With the new Loyalty Status Honoring Program, our guests can experience more of what makes each brand special, while still enjoying the loyalty recognition they’ve worked hard to achieve,” he said.

How the Program Works

The program will allow guests to have their loyalty tier honored across Norwegian, Oceania and Regent on each sailing. Status matching will be applied on a per-cruise basis, ensuring that guests receive recognition and perks that reflect their standing within the company’s ecosystem. Loyalty benefits will now travel with guests, enhancing every voyage and making it easier to mix and match vacation styles, itineraries and destinations.

The program opens for requests beginning Sept. 29, 2025, and will apply to all eligible sailings departing from Oct. 15 onward. Guests can find detailed information about tiers, benefits and terms on each cruise line’s loyalty program page.

A Strategic Shift for Norwegian

The initiative is part of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ broader Charting the Course strategy, designed to deepen guest relationships and encourage brand exploration. By making loyalty benefits portable across its three brands, the company is reinforcing its ecosystem and giving guests more reasons to keep sailing within it.

It comes as other companies, most notably Carnival, are also going deep into the loyalty program game.
