HotelPartner Revenue Management has announced a move into the Asia Pacific region through a partnership with Hospitality Business & Legal Solutions.
The collaboration will see the pair working with both independent and soft branded hotels across the region.
HotelPartner Revenue Management and Hospitality Business & Legal Solutions have previously worked together in the UK, creating successful revenue management and distribution strategies to optimise profits.
Robert Holland, managing director, UK & Ireland, HotelPartner Revenue Management, said: “We are thrilled to be working with a company of Hospitality Business & Legal Solutions’ calibre as we expand in Asia Pacific.
“Ellen has decades of valuable experience in both operations and revenue management, working across the independent and branded sectors to deliver compelling strategies tailored to each hotel’s needs.”
Ellen Li, founder & CEO, Hospitality Business & Legal Solutions, said: “I look forward to collaborating further with HotelPartner Revenue Management, bringing strategic revenue management supported by technology to the Asia Pacific region.
“Hotels are embracing revenue management, but many focus only on the technical aspects of the role, such as compiling reports or adjusting rates, without looking to the wider strategic requirements of the hotel.
“To create a successful strategy a revenue manager needs analytical skills, commercial expertise, and hotel industry experience; a combination we embody. By combining technology and knowledge, revenue management can move beyond routine tasks, focusing on shaping strategy and aligning internal and external stakeholders to deliver stronger commercial outcomes”
Li founded Hospitality Business & Legal Solutions after a career including senior roles at Regent Hotels & Resorts, The Leading Hotels of the World, Pan Pacific Hotels Group and Expedia. Li holds a Master of Management in Hospitality qualification from Cornell University and a Master of Laws from King’s College London.
Founded in 2006, HotelPartner now works with over 500 independent hotels in more than 170 destinations, providing revenue management solutions powered by technology and a team with global and local expertise.
Hospitality Business & Legal Solutions works with independent hotels as well as branded properties affiliated with Accor, Kyriad, Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels and Resorts located in Taiwan, Japan, and the UK.
