However, rather than coated aluminum, the new pan’s exterior is made of durable stainless steel. The biggest difference, though, is the titanium pan’s interior. The cooking surface’s hexagonal pattern is uniquely nonstick, and unlike Teflon pans (which I’ve fully purged from my kitchen), this pan has no coating whatsoever and is PFAS-free.
