Nocturne Is Building the Leading Luxury Villa Collection in the Americas — And Just Added a Major Industry Veteran

Nocturne Luxury Villas is positioning itself as the leading luxury villa collection in the Americas — and it has added a major industry veteran to help drive that vision forward.

The company has appointed Craig Reid, former president and CEO of Auberge Resorts Collection and longtime Four Seasons executive, to its advisory board. Reid’s appointment marks a milestone in Nocturne’s growth, reinforcing its commitment to redefining high-end villa rentals with a model that blends five-star service and curated residential experiences.

With a portfolio of more than 1,200 homes in destinations across the Caribbean, Mexico and the United States, Nocturne manages every stage of the guest journey, from homeowner relationships to on-the-ground hospitality teams. The approach aims to deliver the consistency and high-touch service discerning travelers expect from top-tier luxury hotels.

“Wonderful experiences start with exceptional team members and unmatched local expertise,” said Scott Wiseman, CEO of Nocturne Luxury Villas. “By owning, not outsourcing, every stage of the guest journey, we’re able to deliver the kind of consistency and service today’s luxury traveler desires.”

For Reid, the move reflects a fast-growing shift in the luxury travel sector. “There’s a growing appetite among luxury travelers to stay in residential accommodations that deliver the seamless service of a five-star hotel,” Reid said. “Nocturne is leading that change — and I’m excited to support Scott and his team in realizing their vision.”

The company’s portfolio has expanded in recent months with distinctive new homes across its partner brands, including WIMCO St. Barth Properties, Grand Cayman Villas and Condos (which Nocturne added last year), Cabo Villas, Paradise Retreats in Santa Barbara, Exclusive 30A in Florida, and Exceptional Stays in Telluride. Recent additions include standout villas in St. Barts, Cabo San Lucas, Grand Cayman, Florida, Santa Barbara and Telluride, each chosen for its design, sense of place, and ability to offer immersive, luxury-led travel.
